Hi i9pk,

Thanks for the post. The driver that is crashing is from Digital Guardian. I would suggest reporting this problem to the vendor for Digital Guardian.

Do you see this issue if Digital Guardian is not running?

As a note, you may need to work with your IT team with regards to troubleshooting Digital Guardian.

Hi ryoung16,

As mentioned in the previous post, this looks like a problem with the Digital Guardian DLL file or the process that is injecting the call to the file. This is not a module provided or created by VanDyke Software.

We would be interested in looking at a dump file.

Please send an email to support@vandyke.com with a subject of Attn: Todd - Digital Guardian Crash, and I will let you know how to upload the dump file to our server.

If you are still out there i9pk, please feel free to send an email as well.

Hello all,

Here's an update ...

We received confirmation from a customer that Digital Guardian was the cause of the crash for them. They were able to resolve the issue by having their organization's IT support team create an exception in the Digital Guardian software.
