Post Encoding

Hi all,

I'm new on this; I have a script and I'd like to share with my workmates, but I don't want them to see the code. Is there a way to encrypting it

Thanks.

Hi rzavala,

There's no mechanism in SecureCRT for encoding scripts.

What version are you using?

On what platform/OS?

What does the script do?

What drives the need to prevent colleagues from viewing the script code?

Version 6.7.4

Windows

What does the script do?
It open a telnet session, sends some commands and then open a msgbox with the results of some formulas.

This one I'm not sure, I just don't want them to be able to see and modify the script's code.

Hi rzavala,

I was looking for the specific Windows OS, since I don't believe Microsoft has support for their script encoder on Windows Vista or newer.

See post here.
