conect to a cisco from command line

I'm trying to connect to a cisco router (and launch a script) from an aplication in Visual basic. I launch de securecrt with this lines:

strFic = frmParini.txtscrt.Text & " /Telnet " & txtipl2.Text & " /script SCRIPTS\PA_DE_VOZ\pa_de_voz_1.vbs /ARG " & txtips.Text & " /ARG " & txtipr.Text & " /ARG " & txtcod.Text

Shell strFic & " ", vbNormalFocus

But the problem is that securecrt tells my that "The specified address is not available from the local computer" and " Unexpected argument 'SCRIPTS\PA_DE_VOZ\pa_de_voz_1.vbs' on command line".
If i use securecrt quick conecction dialog box, it works well and i can make telnet to the router.

Thank you.

The error message seems to indicate that the arguments to SecureCRT are a not in the correct order. The order should be:
SecureCRT.exe [standard options] [protocol-specific options]
You can find more information about which options are standard and which are protocol specific by opening SecureCRT Help and searching the Index tab for command-line options.

If you move & " /Telnet " & txtipl2.Text to the end of the command, does the command work for you?
strFic = frmParini.txtscrt.Text & " /script SCRIPTS\PA_DE_VOZ\pa_de_voz_1.vbs /ARG " & txtips.Text & " /ARG " & txtipr.Text & " /ARG " & txtcod.Text & " /Telnet " & txtipl2.Text
