PGP File De-Crypt

I am using Secure FX 7.3.4 and currently having issues decrypting files I have received. Once I select the received files, a text file opens up and random characters appear. A secondary software option is listed within the message titled www.authora.com, but that site is not currently working as well. Can I get some guidance on opening these PGP locked files to view content.

Thanks for the post. SecureFX does not natively offer PGP capabilities. It can run a command either before or after a file transfer that will activate PGP software that you have installed.

If you are not able to use PGP software to decrypt the file, you will likely need to contact your PGP software vendor for assistance.

Would you provide more specific details about the process you are using including all of the steps you are using to decrypt the file?
