Hi adriano gomes,
Thanks for the information. I suspect that the behavior you are seeing will have to be corrected in your Windows 7 modem configuration. In the Phone and Modem dialog (accessible from the Windows Control Panel) you should see a location. If you edit that location, there is an Area Code Rules tab which allows you to configure whether you should use a 1 when dialing long distance. If you configure the area code not to use a 1, does this fix the issue? |
