Is VShell being installed on a non-english version of Windows?

If so, there is a resolution for this issue in a newer pre-release build of VShell.

Please send me a message and reference this forum thread (3182) so that I can provide information to access this installer.

If it is an english version of Windows, could you tell me which version of Windows is installed?

This is a known issue in non-english versions of Windows and VShell.

We do have a fix in a pre-release version of VShell.
