v2.3 CRT Audio Bell Configuration

Hello,

I believe what I have is a simple problem:

Version 2.3

Whenever there is a good scan the system returns one audible beep.
Whenever there is a bad scan the system returns three audible beeps.

A good scan is simply one barcoded field recognizing the order is valid.

Is there a way for the system to return the beeps ONLY if it’s a bad scan while keeping all good scans silent? From what I can tell CRT uses the default windows sound for its audible beeps but beyond that I can’t seem to way to configure it further.

I was told someone saw this in action at another site but can’t replicate it. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

CRT is a product that is no longer in active development.

CRT likely only beeps because it receives information telling it to beep.

Your best resource will most likely be to contact the site that has been able to accomplish the objective and ask them how it was achieved.
