Resetting terminal resets ALL terminals

Hello;
I am using SecureCRT 6.6.1 and its one of the most valuable tools I have. I have a problem though when I try to reset one of the terminals (I usually have 15-20 sessions opened up across several hosts). When I reset one terminal, all of them get reset, which is definitely not what I want, because resetting one resets them all. That usually means that I screwed up all of my other sessions. Is there any way around that?
Thanks;
Frank

Hi Frank,

Thanks for reporting this problem. Can you tell me more about the issue?

Are you running SecureCRT in full screen mode?

What in the terminal windows is getting screwed up when you rest a tab?

Does this happen when you reset any tab, or just the primary tab?

Resetting terminal

Hello;
Yes, I am using full screen mode. When I reset a terminal, things like the number of columns gets reset and I dont know why. I primarily use VT100 emulation.
Thanks;
Frank

Hi Frank,

Thanks for the update. I suspect that the reason that the number of columns getting reset is a result of having Enable 80/132 column switching enabled. This option is a session option, and is located in the Terminal / Emulation / Modes category of the Session Options dialog.

If you disable this option in any session that has it enabled, do you see the results you expect when resting the a terminal?
