Exclamation Command Line path issue

I am having an issue with resolving a path using the command line.

When I manually connect I can see/view/download the files in the folder.

When I copy the "Real Path" from SecureFX it is: /PROD/outgoing/Files/

The directory structure is like this:

/outgoing/hl7
/incoming
/MISC
/PROD/incoming
/PROD/outgoing/Files

When I use the command line process it throws an error.

Changing directories...
2018-03-01 03:00:07, 00001: Transfer(00000001): SEND : Stat /PROD/outgoing/Files/
2018-03-01 03:00:07, 00001: Transfer(00000001): RealPath failed (0x00000002): The system cannot find the file specified.

If I change the path to /PROD/Outgoing it gives me directories that are in the same level as "PROD" so PROD/outgoing/HL7

Here is my command line: sftp://????-FTP:Password@999.999.999.999//PROD/outgoing/Files/*.*

Thanks in advance.

Hi mwdenko,

What version of SecureFX/SFXCL are you using?

Quote:

Do you mean the path as shown in the address bar in SecureFX GUI application?

Quote:

The // specifies SFXCL should use the absolute path.

Is PROD the first directory under / root?

There's a great tip here on our website regarding SFXCL automation.

If that is the absolute path, then we probably need to see the entire SFXCL log along with screenshots showing the directory structure because this statement:

Quote:

Seems inconsistent with the list of directories above. Please provide actual screenshots of the directory structure.

If you do not wish to post the log/screenshots in the public forums, please attach to an email to support@vandyke.com and include "Attn Brenda - Forum Thread #13032" in the subject line.
