Moving sessions between folders

How do I move multiple sessions from one folder to another? Right now it seems like if I go under the main "Sessions" and if I have a folder I can only click on one and drag it to either the main folder "Sessions" or to a new one one at a time. I'd either like to be able to highlight them all via holding the shift and arrow key to select, then drag or right click and have a menu option to "Move Folder".

Hello darkoth.

You can move multiple sessions at once using Windows
Explorer, but you currently can't do it from within the
Connect dialog in SecureCRT. I have created an entry for
you in our feature request database. We will post something
here should a version of SecureCRT become available with the
ability to move multiple sessions at once from within the
Connect dialog. If you would like to be informed via
e-mail, please send a message to support@vandyke.com
referencing this forum thread and I will add your e-mail
address to the report.

Is using Windows Exporer a reasonable work-around for you?

Thank you

JJH

The ability to move or copy multiple sessions in the Session Manager and Connect dialog has been implemented in a pre-beta version of SecureCRT and SecureFX. If you'd like to try it, please send email to me at Maureen.Jett@vandyke.com.
