Unable to increase font

Secure CRT Version 7.1.3 (x64 build 378)

I am unable to enlarge fonts.
Terminal Emulation is VT100
On Resize ( Scale to font)
** Also tried Retain Size and font.

In Appreance:

Changed Normal Fond to
Courier and bigger font size

But it is not working. I still see same old font & size.

Thanks for the post. The first tab looking left to right determines the font and size for all tabs.

Are you trying to change the font in a secondary tab?

If not, what is configured for your rows and columns in the session you are modifying?

sorry to bump this thread up, but this font-stuff was a mystery for me, too until now. Btw. would it be possible to have a font settings independent on first tab?

Currently, it is not possible to have independent geometry settings (font, rows, columns, etc.) on a per tab basis.

I have created a feature request to add this capability. Should we do so in a future SecureCRT release, we will post to this thread.

Hi marek_k,

Some time ago you expressed interest in having the ability to maintain the font specific to each session when launching sessions in tabs in SecureCRT.

We have recently implemented this functionality in SecureCRT 9.0 beta 1 (for Windows). Prior to this release, the first session opened would dictate the font/character encoding/zoom level for any subsequent sessions launched in tabs.
