Using the Cisco save config file button

Running VanDyke software 8.3.4 x64 on Windows 10
Using the Cisco save config file button I keep getting an error:
No module named_ctypes Line120 strOSVer=platform.release()
Didnít modify anything in script, can anyone point me in right direction to troubleshoot the issues. I am not familiar with python scripting. Thank You in advance.

Hi tonybr99,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. It sounds like you may be attempting to use the Cisco-SaveDeviceConfigToFile.py script, is that the case?

If so, it sounds like you may be using an older version of the script. Does downloading the current version change the behavior you see?

Thank you for your response I did re-download the script and tested good. Thank You so much for your input, didn't think there was an updated version of the script.
