I have tried SecureCRT 5.1, but I find the font in it is not so nice. I like isi-oem font in Netterm very much. It's not so tiring to use this font. Do you have plan to add such kind of fonts to SecureCRT?

Hi Billdavid,
With the exception of the VT100 font, SecureCRT does not come with any fonts. It uses the currently installed Windows fonts that are mono-spaced (Fixed width). I did a quick search for the font that you mentioned but it appears that this font (isi-oem) is only available in Netterm and most likely copyrighted by them. There many be other mono-spaced fonts available that can be installed in Windows that could give you a closer match to this font then what is currently installed in Windows. As long as the font identifies itself to Windows as a fixed width (mono-spaced) font, SecureCRT will make it available for use. Does this information help?

Alternative Fonts
I've been using Pragmata for a few years now. It's very easy on the eyes IMO.
http://www.fsd.it/fonts/pragma.htm I also like Sys from the same guy for a system proportional font. I have all my menus and toolbars set to this font because it looks better at small resolutions. |
