Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory request was completed

While attempting to connect to Vshell server using a new ID/PW, we are encountering the error below. Its strange because the setup is the exact same using the old ID/PW which still works. Any help would be appreciated. The same error is seen in the Vshell logs on the VShell server itself.

i RECV : AUTH_SUCCESS
! 02753: Could not load profile for DIR\<user>: Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory request was completed.

Figured this out. The profile couldn't create off just the connection. We granted the user access directly on the server (to force the profile creation) and then retried with success. After removing the direct access on the box, the connection continues to succeed.
