Backspace

Hello,
I have a problem with a remote connection: after the connect I see on the screen the emulation of securecrt session.
example:

Enter User ID: vt220

and I must digit five time <BS> before digit my username and my password to connect with this host. And my script fail.
I don't know how digit with the script the <BS> (backspace) or alternatively how don't to disappear the echo of chosen emulation .
Thanks .
Excuse for my english

Hello Mauro,

What method are you using to automate the logon process?

Are you using VBscript or are you just using the simple
expect/send functionality in SecureCRT's Session Options /
Connection / Logon Scripts category ?

If you are using the simple expect/send functionality, you
can backspace over the vt220 by sending the following
sequence:
\b\b\b\b\b
For example, if my login name is kevinw and I want to
automate the entry of my username after deleting the vt220
first I would send the following:
\b\b\b\b\bkevinw
If you are using VBscript to automate your logon can you
email your script (please remove any passwords) to
support@vandyke.com with the following subject:
