OK, hopefully the answer to this doesn't make me feel any dumber than I already do by asking, but...
I un-docked the Session Manager in SecureCRT 7.3.0 (657) for the Mac... and I can't for the life of me figure out how to RE-dock it. Any ideas? Last edited by bfu.me; 10-30-2014 at 01:27 PM. |

Hi bfu.me,
Thanks for the post. Docking can be tricky. You must left-click on the Session Manager title bar, hold and drag. If you slowly drag the title bar over the side of the SecureCRT program window where you want to dock the Session Manager, you should see a section of the terminal window highlighted. When you see the section highlighted where you want to dock, release the left mouse button. Does this help? |

Thanks! It certainly does help. Maybe it's just me, but before I did this the first time, the "drag target" area was only a pixel wide. But it did work, and it did snap back.
Now, after un-docking, the area is much larger, and re-docking is easy. I have no formal proof of this, only that I've been doing this long enough to trust that there's no WAY I'd have missed such a large drag target for so many days... YMMV. Maybe I'm just getting old. :-) |

Hi bfu.me,
If you are getting old, then so am I. Thanks for the update. We will post here if improvement in the docking process is made. If you would like to be notified directly, please complete and submit the form at the following location: Submit Feature Request |
