SecureCRT and Nortel PBX sending extra CR

Hello,

The company i work for use SecureCRT and one of the employees use scrt to connect to a Nortel PBX and there is a strange issue i cannot figure out. I'm not the one using scrt to connect to the pbx so have limited experience with the PBX. I know it's a Nortel PBX. The employee connect to a telnet server and then dialup from that session to connect to the PBX. When typing commands and press enter it seems like two extra CR/LF is sent. I find it hard to explain this in more details since this is basically the information i got so far and don't know what information is needed to figure out why this happen. We tried to change most of the settings for the session with the same result.

The version of SecureCRT used is 6.2.3 Build 313. I also attached the session, the alternative keyboard emulation used and a raw log.

If you look at the raw log at line 6 where it says "sshs....". At this line the user type sshs, press space and then press enter once. At line 7 i see a CR which is correct, but at line 8 where it says "06 22 3 --" it should stop there for input from the user, but instead a new CR is sent and then once more on line 9. At line 6 the user press enter only once.

Using Procomm plus and hyperterminal this is working fine so he only have this problem using SecureCRT. Please let me know if further information is required.

Regards
gan
