Exclamation SecureCRT- Unable to proceed to log session

Dear Vandyke,

Currently I have an issue which is unable to proceed to log session.
When I click "Log Session" it will pop-up my folder to choose a file(txt) to save it as usual.

Unfortunately, a few seconds the Secure CRT will exit by itself.

It's seems like the file path for the log session does not allow to proceed then closed the SecureCRT it self.

Really appreciate if we can have this solution for this issue.

Hi firdaus,

I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty logging a connection.

What version of SecureCRT are you using?

What operating system are you using?

What path are you attempting to use for the log file name?
