automatic SSH access

Hi everyone,

We use SecureCRT to automatically backup our running-config.
We changed the connection settings from telnet to SSH.
Now it's prompting me for sign-in credentials.

How can I configure that this is signing in automatically.
The logon scripts is configured correctly for as far as I know.

The prompt I'm still getting is: Enter Secure Shell password. This needs to be automatically.

Is there someone who knows how I can configure this?

The logon scripts is configured correctly for as far as I know.

Unfortunately, I don't know how you have configured it.

For SSH, there are two ways (at least) to save the credentials in the session. If you enable the Save username and Save password checkboxes on those respective prompts/dialogs, then the information gets saved in the Connection / SSH2 category of Session Options.

If you don't save it there, then you would use the Expect/Send sequences in Logon Actions. However, you don't want to configure it in both places because it will create a conflict!
