Hello,

I am evaluating SecureCRT 8.7.1 (x64 build 1271) on Windows 10.

When reconnecting, having disconnected screen remain as-is is something I am used to. Even SecureCRT is saving scroll buffer, it is also adding about one page of empty lines in scroll buffer.

I also vote for having exact screen as-is.

Thanks & regards,
Ertan

Hi ertank,

Thanks for expressing your interest in this feature request. I have captured an additional request on your behalf. As Jake noted, we will post here if this functionality becomes available in a future release of SecureCRT.

If you would prefer direct contact, please send us an email to support@vandyke.com with "ATTN: Feature Request, Forum Thread #3309" as the subject.

I would like to get some additional information from you:

- In the Terminal category in the Session Options dialog, is the option "Clear on disconnect" unchecked?

- What protocol are you using?

- What shell are you using on the remote system?

Thanks,
Maureen
