Script to turn IP addresses in to clickable links
Within a session is there a script or setting that will turn IP addresses in to clickable browser links?
Say I'm configuring a switch port and I run a SHOW command and a list of IP addresses are displayed, can those IP addresses all be hyperlinks so I can click on them and they open up a browser window? I know that SecureCRT has the double click to highlight the word and a setting to automatically copy the word to the clipboard, and I do use that feature, but I'd rather not use that feature for what I'm trying to do. Much thanks! |

Hi recusative,
Thanks for the post. The option to display IP addresses as hyperlinks is not currently available. If this feature were added, do you really want to connect to the IP addresses using the HTTP protocol? In the meantime, you could select the IP address, right-click on it and select Open URL from the context menu. Does this help you accomplish your goal? |
