MultipleConnection From One Session

Hello,

I have a question with this script https://forums.vandyke.com/attachmen...achmentid=1301

It may be modified to connect to one session and from there, connect to others and run commands through that device.

So a little scheme:

Connect to host with user and password after
then I connect with ssh user @ ip after
enter password
after
run commands list and save log
and repeat
then I connect with ssh user @ ip2 after
enter password
after
run commands list and save log
and repeat to more ip
then I connect with ssh user @ N after
enter password
after
run commands list and save log
and repeat to more ip

I looked, but I don't know where I should make this change to connect to a host and then my ip from that folder and connect to it.

If anyone can help me, thank you!

Hi Invizion,

Using dependent session probably makes more sense for jump host connections:

Changes in SecureCRT 7.1 (Beta 1) -- February 26, 2013
------------------------------------------------------
New features:

  • Added support for dependent sessions so that a connection can be made to a jump host or SSH gateway before the session is connected.
See this video.

However, this script from the Script Examples sticky is designed to work from the jump host.
