TFTP not working with SSH Session

Hi

Why can I not use the inbuilt TFTP server for SSH sessions however they work fine for Telnet sessions. I am running 7.2.0 x64 build 384.

Anyone else getting this problem.

Thanks

Hello Stuart,

What issues do you have when trying to use the TFTP server with SSH sessions?

Are you receiving an error message?

If so, what is the content of the error message?

If not already aware of this fact, SecureCRT's TFTP server implementation requires that the device make the connection back to the IP of the machine on which SecureCRT is installed. This was done for security reasons.

Is the device attempting to connect to the originating IP address?

Hi Stuart,

A colleague pointed out my wording earlier was slightly off. Sorry about that.

The TFTP server will only accept connections *from* the IP address that SecureCRT made the original connection *to*. (See attached graphic.)
