I am curious will there be ed25519 support coming to SecureCRT ? I am using CentOS 6.7 with OpenSSH 7.1p1

Feature requests are typically prioritized based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the number of requests and the amount of implementation work required. We have received requests for this feature, but it has not yet become a top priority for implementation. We will post to this thread if we add support for ed25519 in a future SecureCRT release. Support for public-key authentication with Ed25519 keys has been added to a pre-beta version of SecureCRT and SecureFX. Ed25519 keys can also be generated. If you would like to try it, please email me at Maureen.Jett@vandyke.com.
