Custom Menu disapears during upgrade to 7.0

When upgrading from V7.0 Beta to V7.0 Official the custom menu is initially gone and the default menu is displayed.

When going into the options to enable the custom menu the custom menu location is still in the location however the default menu is what is being displayed.

I figured out quickly a workaround. Blank out the custom menu location after copying the location to a safe place, save and quit, then go back into the options and change the location to the original again, save and quit. Then the custom menu will be displayed.

This can happen if there are errors in the custom menu. You would see popup messages indicating errors if this were the case.

Could you send the custom menu to support@vandyke.com so that we can run some tests and try to reproduce the issue, or explain why it happened? Include Forum Thread 10587 in the subject please.

This issue is fixed in a pre-release of SecureCRT 7.0.x. If you would like to test it, please complete and submit the form at the following location:
Submit Bug Report
If you would like to wait for the official release, the fix should be available in SecureCRT 7.0.1.
