Shortcuts to Sessions

Hi in trying to do the following -

1. Have a 2nd CRT instance in my apps dock that opens a new crt window each time i click it.

If I cant do that can I save a shortcut to a specific session and have it pinned to my dock so i can have it open as a New CRT Window each time i click it. (doesn't have to be a specific session just a window)

Hi rleon,

This is more of a case of getting MacOS to open a new instance rather than getting SecureCRT to do so. After reviewing a few options to get MacOS to open a new instance I found a resource that I believe will get you the behavior you're looking for. I did follow the steps and test on the Mac machine I have available and had success, but can't guarantee this will work on every mac.

Tip: To locate the Script Editor I had to navigate to Go from the main Finder menu and choose Utilities.

Does this help point you in the right direction?
