Problems with automatic script launch

Firstly, hi to everyone and sorry for my english.

I have a two .VBS scripts. I use SecureCRT for running these scripts.
In both cases, when i launch manually the scripts (Script-->Run) these run perfectly. If i launch the scripts automatically whit a .Bat or a Windows scheduled task, the scripts run bad.

For .Bat I use the next chain:
start C:\Users\Administrador\Desktop\SecureCRT.exe /SCRIPT "C:\Proyectos\Freecall\freecall.vbs" /S CS2K

Exist some differences between launch manually o automatically execution?
Will more parameters are needed in the bat?

Best regards.
