License Location / Removal

I'm working on instructions to help our users install SecureCRT/FX. One of the steps is entering the license information, which works just fine. The problem is that I can't back this out to run another test iteration.

Even if I remove the application, and delete the VanDyke folder from ~/Library/Application Support, the licensing information is retained somewhere. When I drag SecureFX over from the installer disk image back to the Applications folder and launch SecureFX, it prompts me to enter the license data, but then everything is already filled in.

Is there some other hidden location where this information is kept?

Because the type of license you are using may effect where the data is stored I will need a little additional information. Please do not post your license data in the forums. Please send an email to Support@VanDyke.com with "Attn: Eric Forum Post 13255" in the subject line.

In the email please include a copy of your license data and the version of Mac you are installing SecureCRT/FX on.
