Auto logging to a file

I've configured my securecrt to save session in a file like below:



But whenever I connect...it prompts me file name.

I don't want to prompt for file name. I want to make file like the above screenshot.

Pls help.

Is that a valid path (C:\software\Secure_CRT_Logs\)?

Yes. Valid. It prompts for file name. If i give file name....it saves that location. I want to save logging without promting file name. My version is 8.3.

I figured it out.
It was a silly mistake.
It was
Y%-%M-%D-%h-%m-%s-->
It should be
%Y-%M-%D-%h-%m-%s-->

% should be before Y. I placed it after Y.

Anyway it worked. I'm happy.
But securecrt should give an exception for such error.

Nice catch, that part was not shown in your screenshot unfortunately.

But securecrt should give an exception for such error.

How could it do that? Y is a valid character for a filename as is %. In context you and I know it was a transposition in this case but maybe someone wants to use Y% as part of the filename.
