Option to delay connection when opening multiple tabs

Hi,

I have looked through the forums, and through the product but can not find this option so would like to know if there is a way of achieving it.
I would like to introduce a delay when connecting to multiple tabs.
This will avoid my account getting locked out by too many connections.

Something like a second delay between connections when opening more than 5 new connections?

Is it something that can be implemented as a new feature if it doesnt exist?

I am running windows 7 with securecrt 7.3.7

Thanks
Bob

Are you saying you are opening 5 connections to the same host?

Are these from saved sessions?

Is Connect to multiple sessions sequentially enabled in the Terminal / Advanced category of Global Options?

Hi Brenda,

Thanks for the reply.
I just tried enabling 'Connect to multiple sessions sequentially' and it is the feature i wanted. Thank you.

So what was happening is i was opening about 20 connections at once to 20 different hosts. I have my passwords saved so it auto connects and auths.
But with so many connections in such a short period of time my account would be locked out (not sure if its AD or something like Cisco ISE locking me out).
But with that feature enabled there is enough of a delay between opening the connections that my account isnt locked out, and exactly what i was looking for.

Thanks to the great team at Vandyke!
