Hi tamirh,
In order to effectively troubleshoot this issue, can you please send an email to support@vandyke.com with "ATTN: Forum Thread# 13519" in the subject field. Please include the version of SecureCRT that you are running and the serial number associated with your license? (Both of which can be located in Help > About SecureCRT) Please attach a graphic depicting the display issues in SecureCRT and a graphic of the display of your connection to the same host from the other terminal emulator that you tested with.

I had this same question. Do i really have to open a ticket to get an answer?
If not, what's the fix? Thanks. |

Hi teggenberger,
It is generally easier to troubleshoot display issues via email, so that we can collect a screenshot and raw log if necessary. Our customers whom have experienced display issues connecting to Linux servers tend to have a better experience with their display using the Xterm emulation over the Linux emulation. However, it sounds like your display issues have cleared up after switching the emulation to Linux, is that correct?
