Activator request

I use activator long time ago. I always use lot of sessions. It would be very useful (for quicker session change), if

1. Windows global hot-key could be assigned to the activator's "SecureCRT Sessions" form. For example, there would be az executable, which popups this window...

2. The "SecureCRT Sessions" window would be a datagrid, with configurable columns of session (static session config fileds + dinamic session fields like: connect time, status, last activity time, etc). Then user could sort the sessions datagrid by column he/she just needs (for quicker session selection).

Thank you for your feature requests for the Activator!

We have had several requests for a hotkey to open the Activator and the option to sort the sessions listed. These are something that we are considering possibly adding to a future release.

If either is added, a post will be made here.

For the second option, currently SecureCRT does not track the connection time for a particular session. This is something that we have had requests for also.

Would you like me to add this post to that request with a note that having this information in the Activator would also be very helpful?

Hello Tnygren!

The "Last Activity Time" column would be more helpful, than "Connect Time". I mentioned it just for completeness (or as an example for other availbale (maybe useful) attributes).

But, I forgot to mention two other very helpful features for the "SecureCRT Sessions" window:
3. should have a "Connect" button
4. should be resizeable

( where 1. and 2. are in my first post: global hotkey and sortable datagrid

I have entered a request to have the 'SecureCRT Sessions' dialog resizable.

As for the connect button, were you needing the option to re-connect a disconnected session or just to start a duplicate of the existing session in the 'SecureCRT Sessions' dialog?

I need 'Connect' button when I cannot find the appropriate session in the 'SecureCRT Sessions' dialog ( in future datagrid ), so I have to create new one. In simple words, I need the 'Connect' dialog with session definition tree with one click from the 'SecureCRT Sessions' dialog.
