Issue with HostKeyDB.txt

Getting the following error

PHP Code:

Failed to open the host key database file
C:/Documents and Settings/rleon/My Documents/My_Stuff/Program_Files/van_dyke/KnownHosts/HostKeyDB.txt.

Permission denied 


I thought it was something in the global.ini that didnt transfer after i updated the path to my config folder. So I renamed it and it created a new one. Still get the same error.

What version of SecureCRT are you using?

On what Mac OS?

We have mechanisms in place in the current release to assist with cross-platform migration, but it sounds like you might be using an older version.

You can correct the path from the GUI in the SSH Host Keys category of Global Options. (It's found in the SSH2.ini file of the config folder, not Global.ini.)
