ssh to a host after telnet

Hello,

Is it possbile to login to a host after doing telnet ?

I login to a firewall first with telnet host port and then 2FA to authenticate.
then I ssh to the server.

How can I have this in a single session ?

Hi charan314,

What version of SecureCRT are you using?

If it's v7.1 or later, you can use dependent session functionality, so while it is just one session to connect, it uses a session to the jumphost as the firewall. It also requires that the jumphost supports port forwarding.

Changes in SecureCRT 7.1 (Beta 1) -- February 26, 2013
------------------------------------------------------
New features:

  • Added support for dependent sessions so that a connection can be made to a jump host or SSH gateway before the session is connected.
