def main():

ins = open( "c:\\host.txt", "r" )
fList = []
fList = ins.readlines()
for line in fList:
crt.Screen.Synchronous = True
crt.Session.ConnectInTab("/SSH2 /L %s /PASSWORD %s /C 3DES /M MD5 %s" % (user, password, host))

Hi ufo,

First, what version of SecureCRT are you using?

On what platform?

Is Reuse disconnected tabs enabled in the Terminal / Tabs/Tiling category of SecureCRT's Global Options?

You also should review your script. I am not sure if "1.1.1.1" was just used to post in the forums, but that could be one cause of the hang.

For another thing, you claim to be connecting to a list of hosts, but your connect call includes only the variable host, which has been assigned 1.1.1.1.

I suggest putting in some message boxes to get an idea of what might be happening following the ConnectInTab() call.
