Force capital letter

Im using SecureCRT to access some semi-ancient telecom equipment. The cli for this tool wants all commands in capital letters.

Is there anyway I can force a session to only send capital letters regardles of shift and/or caps-lock status?

Hi Johan,

SecureCRT doesn't currently have an option to always send capital letters. I have created a feature request in our SecureCRT enhancement database to add the option. Should a future release of SecureCRT have this capability, we will post to this thread.

Lightbulb

possible work-around:

create a key map for the sessions that for 'a' sends 'A',...'z' sends 'Z'

i did a quick test with 6.7.5 and seemed like it would work.
