SFXCL Issue Command After Login
Currently I am creating a configuration backup file of a Linux device, and writing the file to a directory on that device. I copy the file off with one SFXCL script and then I run the following SFXCL script in a batch file to delete the file from the Linux device.
"sfxcl.exe" /Delete "scp://"username ![]() I now need to run the script with a different account and need to elevate the rights for that account after logging into the device. I was hoping that I could use the /Command "sudo -i" in the existing script syntax. Does anyone know if this can be done? ie. "sfxcl.exe" /Command "sudo -i" /Delete "scp://"username ![]() Can something like this be done and if so, what would the syntax string be? |

Hi mtjaz,
This is not presently possible with SecureFX/SFXCL. I have added this thread to a feature request in our product enhancement database to add ability to use sudo with SCP. Should a future release of SecureFX include this feature, notification will be posted here. If you prefer direct email notification, send an email to support@vandyke.com and include "Feature Request - Forum Thread #12654" in the subject line or use this form from the support page of our website.
