Using vi in ssh2 session
It's probably me, but...
I'm at the command line for a session and type in 'man lpq'. Instead of the man page scrolling the session text gets replaced with the man page. When I exit then I'm taken back to the command line, but the line above is the line where I typed in 'man lpq'. Is there a way to control this behavior so that I can scroll back into the man page for information I need to enter the command I just looked up? Using SecureCRT 8.1.4 Dan |

Hi dlbannerman,
You may be able to get the behavior you're looking for by disabling the Alternate Screen Switching mode. This can be done by navigating to Options > Session Options > Terminal > Emulation > Modes and removing the check next to Enable alternate screen switching. Does making this change give you the behavior you're looking for?
