how to install scrt in kubuntu?

i have kubuntu 13.04
i have scrt-sfx-7.1.1-264.ubuntu12.i386.deb
i want to install it and i use Qapt for it
it writes me that all is done i press alt+f1 and where is it ?

Hi emoxam,

The default installation location for SecureCRT is /usr/bin/SecureCRT.

Do you see it installed in that location?

Are you able to launch it from a terminal?

pardon, i think it's a qapt bug
i use gdebi - with this applicationsecurecrt installs good

Thanks for the information emoxam. I am glad you have a solution.

My guess would be that there was a failing dependency that was not reported by Qapt. It could also be a bug in Qapt as well.
