Very slow keyboard response in all sessions
In all sessions, whether telnet or ssh, it takes a long time to connect and the keyboard response is very slow. This just started today. I was running 8.1 so I upgraded to 8.3.4. No change. If I use a different program (such as putty), the response time is as expected. I have all my sessions log but I tried without logging as well and it's still slow.

It just started today? When there had been no changes to SecureCRT (until you upgraded)? What changes had occurred? (System upgrades, new software installed, etc.) What OS is SecureCRT installed on?

No changes have been made. Windows 10 pro. About 5 days ago there was a Windows update but I use SecureCRT daily for hours so it wasn't happening over the last few days - it's just something I've noticed since this morning.

It's likely the only way to discover the source of the delay is through a Process Monitor log, see attached. If unable to determine the cause yourself, please send the log to support@vandyke.com and reference "Attn Brenda - Forum Thread #13492".

This turned out to be an issue where the customer's anti-virus software caused the issue.
