Cant get out of Printing tab in global options

I saw someone posted about this a LONG time ago, like 2005, but it was never followed up on. --

When scrolling through the settings, if you make the program-breaking mistake of clicking on 'Printing', you get a message that continuously repeats until you reload the program that says:

"Margins are either off the page or overlap"

Some pertinent information: The laptop i am using has ONLY a Brother label printer attached to it.

Thanks,
Austin

Hi Austin,

If you reference another post, please include the URL to it.

What version of SecureCRT are you using?

On what OS?

I am not sure where you would "scroll through settings" in SecureCRT's configuration. Please elaborate.

Are you saying you cannot "OK" the Global Options dialog without getting that error?

Please list the explicit steps to replicate the issue.

Hi Austin,

I found it. To be fair, our product manager did reply, it was the customer that failed to follow-up.

Is your Brother label printer configured as the default printer on the OS?
