Copy Paste Error

Hi,

I am facing issue while pasting content in Secure CRT. When I copy content from outside (other than secure CRT, e.g. Excel, notepad) then I get below error while pasting -
"Could not get data from clipboard: The operation completed successfully."

However when I copy content from secure CRT, then I am able to paste it.

Hi Sahil,

Yes, in the past this issue has been caused by Webroot software. A customer provided this link that should provide some information on how you can make an exception.
