Reusing License

We recently replaced a license for VShell on one of our servers from Administrator to WorkGroup. I now want to reuse the Administrator license on another server but its tell me its invalid although it was only issued in Sept 2018. Can you advise on how to get around this?

Hi all,

This ended up being a very simple case of a missing hyphen in a serial number.
