securefx option greyed out

I am a licensed user of secureCRT and SecureFX for MAC. I recently upgraded to 8.72 from a lower version of 8.X. After the upgrade now my secureFX option on SecureCRT is greyed out. I used to be able to right click on the cli window and open up a secureFX connection. How can I reenable this option?
