Hi all
I'm running SecureCRT 6.5.0 (x64 build 380). When I'm connecting to a system and try to view data with Thai Script characters, I see only garbage. I tried changing the session options to all the available fonts, and - depending on the font - the characters are simply ignored, or are displayed as garbage. Client PC is Windows 7, server is Centos 6. Any help appreciated Stefan |

Hello Stefan,
Does this data display differently (correctly) with any other terminal application? I do not think it is a matter of font selection, but possibly character encoding. What character encoding is configured in the Terminal / Appearance category of SecureCRT's Session Options? The version you are using does have many Unicode/UTF-8 improvements: Changes in SecureCRT 6.5 (Beta 1) -- October 1, 2009 ---------------------------------------------------- New features:
