Post Ubuntu Telnet Command

How does one configured the SecureCRT 7 on ubuntu 12.04 for dynagen/dynamips to use SecureCRT as the default telnet application?

SecureCRT with Windows is as below
#telnet = start C:\progra~1\SecureCRT\SecureCRT.EXE /script c:\progra~1\dynamips\securecrt.vbs /arg %d /T /telnet %h %p & sleep 1

Linux using xterm is below
#telnet = xterm -T %d -e telnet %h %p > /dev/null 2>&1 &

Can any body help me with how SecureCRT with Ubuntu 12.04 should look like?

Hello kwame,

I haven't tested SecureCRT with GNS3 and don't have a GNS3 test environment, so I don't have a definite answer. You're using Ubuntu so the "~" and 8.3 DOS style path and .exe you showed aren't going to work. However, if you change the path to point to where SecureCRT really is installed on your Ubuntu system, I expect the rest of the command should work.

Where is SecureCRT installed on your Ubuntu system?
