SecureCRT feature requests for logging status

When logging is enabled, it would be convenient if that status (logging enabled vs disabled) was displaed on the status bar at the bottom of the window, and also if a count of lines of text written to the log was shown.

I log every session and keep a 50k line scroll-back buffer. The memory overhead of counting lines (how long is a line?) may be problematic for users like myself.

How would you envision the exception?

Like, a checkbox on each session that would open up some gray space (like the duration counter) for keeping track?

I've captured a feature request for you.

In the mean time there is a script solution example provided on the Example Scripts "sticky" if you're interested in using scripting as a workaround solution (set it up as a logon script in the Logon Actions category of your Session Options, or just run it whenever you want to know).
