Hi colo993,

I was unable to replicate this behavior during my initial testing.

Would it be possible for you to attach a series of screenshot's depicting the behavior and the error message to an email to support@vandyke.com (Subject: Attn Brittney) ?

Please also include a detailed description of the steps that you are taking that result in the behavior.
