Unfortunately, I don't know how you have configured it.
For SSH, there are two ways (at least) to save the credentials in the session. If you enable the
Save username and
Save password checkboxes on those respective prompts/dialogs, then the information gets saved in the
Connection / SSH2 category of
Session Options.
If you don't save it there, then you would use the
Expect/Send sequences in
Logon Actions. However, you don't want to configure it in both places because it will create a conflict!
