Hi skarthi146,

I'm sorry you're having trouble.

To check to see that cache directory specified exists please navigate to Options > Global Options > File Transfer > Options. Here you will find the path to the configured Cache directory. The default path is:
Does the specified path exist on your computer? If not, does updating this value to a valid path correct the issue?
